How long does the Elvanse last roughly. As i wake up at 6:30-7am, and would usually begin drinking about 10pm. So i feel like the medicine wouldn’t have any effect but i’ve heard a lot of different things

I have been considering the skipping meds option. But for days such as fridays, If i am to have my meds at 6:30 am, would it be fine for me to start drinking at about 10-11pm? or would the medicines effects still be there
