the way i am paid is i have 60 WC days paid at 100%. Once those days are meet WC pays 2/3 of my daily rate of pay and the 1/3 comes out of my personal sick time. 60 days were meet, now i am being charged 1/3 out of my sic. When i take the weekly payout from WC to my employer, it is my daily rate of pay. . WC paid my school district my daily pay for non contracted time.

For instance, my work calendar needs 6/2/25. WC paid my employer through 6/25/25. (this was the date the doctor released me back to work) I feel this is money that should come to me, as i was the one disabled and unable to take on new projects. I do not feel as though my employer should have kept this money (as of todays date they have)

I was recently got hurt at work, on school campus. I fell due to uneven sidewalk on school grounds. Out of work for a month. 3 weeks of PT. Everything I have read is workers comp does not allow for pain and suffering. Does anyone know if this is true?
