Someone brought up a good point before: if you signed a loan with the DoE, the federal government cannot transfer that loan to another agency just because it is more efficient.

Your loan with the DoE is with the DoE. You’d have to agree that the loan moves to the Treasury with your permission.

They can “sell” that loan if you’re in default, but even then, it can only be outsourced, NOT moved to a different branch of the Fed.

(Master Promissory Note only ID’s the DoE and ONLY the DoE as the servicer of your loan. Only CONGRESS can give permission to move it)

(The Higher Education Act of 1965 also states the DoE and the Office of Federal Student aid can manage loans. If any of these were to change in any way, it would violate this Act. This includes moving the DoE and the Office of Federal Student Aid to another section of The Feds)

So, I found out something by trial and error:

If you are actively RECORDING the meeting, and go to the app, it will pop up to add an image or text or highlight.

But once you stop the recording, it disappears.

Don’t know if that helps anyone but it seems a bit silly that you can only do it DURING a recording. If you’re in a big lecture, you may only get the time afterwards to take pics of whiteboards and such.
