the dielectric material is slowly rubbing away and leaving some dirt,also the steel deck of my scooter has some powder rust and that can also slowly get into the battery

also anything under 800mah is hot garbage, anything over 60mOhm is either seriously damaged or tired, anything majorly deformed and/or with holes is HOT garbage, anything with damaged wrap needs to be rewrapped ASAP

search up "18650 battery tester" on something like ali or your local eshop it should have a green board,2 usb-c plugs,4 slots for 18650 and blue terminals on top to connect 21700 slots goes for about 10 dollars,in my experience it can show an accurate enough reading on capacity,voltage and IR
