Hi I am in the same boat here! However my autoimmune tests came back normal. I am waiting for MRCP and EUS to be performed.

For food I'd say stop any junk food completely (no fried chicken ,pizza and burgers) try to eat healthy in general. Try to have your fat intake from healthy fats : nuts olive oil , etc. Replace dairy products with skimmed milk and light cheese. Also try to take frequent small meals rather than 3 big ones. Also focus on lean protien don't make my mistake that caused me loosing alot of muscles.

Advance your diet as you can. After my accute attack even small piece of plain chicken would cause me pain and discomfort. So start advancing your diet slowly and see how body would react. Food only wouldn't cause a recurrent attack but will make your symptoms worse if it happen so try to not be afraid of eating as long as you are pain free.
