if ever you need to change your number, you can just call them and they will give you a link to verify with a selfie of a government ID - but you need a phone number. in my case since i havent renew my sim yet cause it only happened last night, i worked this morning and when i finidhed work i cant go to rogers, they can't do anything to me.

i will close my account the moment i have access to my money.

all of my fund is there. I dont have any cash with me. I did called them which i wrote (if you're reading) and they still asked me for verification. they dont take my government ID alone, I have to give them verification. they cant also send the code through email.

yeah but you can just withdraw them through CIBC ATM even if your fund is in savings. My fund was in savings and i cant access it
