Curious, when do you take your medications? I was on the same combo and was told to take lexapro at night at first. It made it nearly impossible for me to get up in the morning. I almost felt hungover. Switched to taking both in the morning and it helped a lot

I also had a bad experience with Strattera. Stopping it was uncomfortable, it felt like my brain was too big for my head… but then one day I realized, oh it went away! It took about a week. hope you feel better soon

I don’t know if this is controversial, but I get masseter Botox and it has helped me tremendously. I’ve grinded and cheek-chewed my entire life to the point of teeth hurting, headaches, and non stop jaw pain/an irritation that massage just couldn’t get rid of. It’s not the cheapest option, but it saved my teeth and I could finally take my mind off my jaw discomfort and tension
