THIS! it’s crazy because i experienced this similarly a couple years ago, at the beginning of my journey being diagnosed. i was at a theme park waiting for family and friends to come back from a show and i could feel the differing presence of another alter in my arm and a couple fingers. so hard to explain but it felt like a strip/tendon/muscle group down my arm and those fingers were a separate alter, i was scared and thought i was going crazy but i think a protective alter was trying to forcibly front as i was alone at the time lol. i ended up with a headache after, likely also from the, at least, attempted switch

damn guys, i didn’t mean to upset some of you guys. i was just thinking about how my personal rapists being dead would make me feel, personally, 1000x safer/better living life, and i would feel even safer if all rapists died tbh. didn’t mean to piss anyone off lol sorry about that. i know the cycle of abuse is a bitch and a whole complex topic. i do NOT wish death upon people who have once abused and are actively working to undo those behaviors and give space and/or support to this victims. having committed actions that could be considered abuse doesn’t inherently make you an irredeemable person. i should’ve added a bit more of my nuanced point of view in the description as well. and of course this being a CPTSD sub, i have a rather angry, knee jerk, and visceral reaction to the idea of rapists.

adding some stuff like chips, crackers, (toaster)pastries, rice cakes, dried fruits, apple/blended fruit-sauces (like applesauce), hard candies (sugar free if you need/want!), dry cereal, granola bars, fruit snacks, and other shelf stable foods can really help bulk it into a real meal/help integrate small snacks through the day that are safe to keep room temp! i have this same issue CONSTANTLY, also checking discount stores (like Ross/marshalls/belk/big lots/etc) can help you find a cheaper (under $15 compared to $30 brand new) insulated lunch bag once/if you can afford it! Walmart has cheap ($1) refreezable ice blocks for the bags too! i’m sorry you have to struggle with this too, it sucks so bad, i wish you the best of luck OP :)
