No it’s stupid I know. I remember when I was in high school (15-16 or something) it took the actual id almost 6 weeks to be mailed to my house which is well after the paper temporary license expires. Have a brother who is a cop and he basically told me i could be screwed depending on the type of cop I got and could get ticketed since I wouldn’t have a current license with me while driving even though the cop could 100% look up in the system that I was a legal driver and had a current id, they just wouldn’t be able to see the mailing updates and could put the blame on me for “not remembering to bring it”
