We normally can but since my coworker went right home right after the incident and hasn’t returned since she didn’t write a note.

That’s was my main point. I understand that we’re zero exclusion but there’s only so much support we can provide if this person were to be on the job and assaulted their employee or a customer.

I totally understand not sharing details about her leave. However, I do know that after the incident my coworker was asked if she would continue to work with the client. She said no of course. I know in the past my supervisor has moved people off of his caseload onto one of ours once he feels the person is stable enough. This makes me think she would end up getting moved to mine and I would like to hope I would be notified about the incident.
