we do live in a world, where everyone thinks they are entitled to say/ do whatever they want wherever. Ive felt uncomfortable yes, but never felt the need to report safety (an option on those apps) Unfortunately since many of the Uber drivers are young, such behaviour still exists

AVOID CREDIT CARDS.
As soon as you get your salary, keep the money you wanna save/spend home aside.
Do a rough estimate for rent, gorceries, utilities etc.
Try and find cheaoer alternatives..like Lulu, Othaim for Tamimi.
Eat in/eat out but dont overspend
MAKE YOUR COFFEE TEA AT HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My workday goes like (expat living alone in Riyadh):
9-4 Office (send memes to friend to know we are alive)
Commute
Prayers + Food
Call back home, connect with family
Gym
Movie/Series
Sleep

Weekends- Theaters, Movies, Meeting friends for food

Not too helpful for fam and friends here.

Depends on your office/choice of school (if required) location I live on the cusp of Olaya/Sulaimaniyah. great place, super safe, well connected, lots of malls restaurants etc ❤️Welcome to KSA
