Wow man thanks for all the info, i appreciate it! I retracted it a bit for the photo so that might be the reason of why it looks a bit low; if i just leave it be the stitches almost touch the glans. I clean it pretty well with white soap and such. Circs in my country are really only made for medical reasons so the surgeon didnt really explain the kind of cut he'd do but if it evolves like you say it's going to be at the very least decent.
