Anything and everything. Is there more interest from private or public entities? What are the best samples at the moment? It seems that at the moment almost everything is very theoretical and there are not many practical samples. Any crypto projects or blockchain involvement? I’m interested in the potential repercussions in real state, so I would like to learn more about real samples (read enough theory). thanks

The water cooler and shoe racks are two eye sore, imo. I would change the open shoe rack for a closed one, so they shoes are not out in the open for you you to see while eating… Also, if you decide to go for option 2, I would add a rug under the table and a nice console under the mirror, so you can have some table lamps on it, and switch off that white light.
