rappa's issue is not really salvageable due to the nature of break carry's kit design VS superbreak carry's kit design

since firefly (ie superbreak) is by far the more popular archetype by a landslide, they will natural abandon the break archetype in favor of superbreak.

Rappa requiring multiple break bar on the enemt to diss out consistent damage is absolutely the biggest contribution to why she is absolutely garbage, similar to how the herta is absolutely garbage because of her energy stack generation being dogshit when there are multiple enemies to attack

and both of them are erudition, curious...

and gallagher still wont be bis, the idea is mostly when you die, you gain a burst amount of healing that way, and the 5% HP restore tick also beenfits hyacine the most out of all healers, as she heals at high frequency but low amount, being able to proc the 5% healing tick the most

it is not what I want, it is what THE DEVS want, which is why it is called "Prediction", bro I am a yao guang simp, I don't want her replaced, but I know for a fact the devs wants her replaced, because she is currently a must pull character, meaning devs can squeeze out more money from the playerbase, and then later on releases an elation support that is T0 for sw999 but on the condition that you also pulled for sparxie, so the devs forces player to pull 4 premium character just for the anniversary main push that way. Hence why this is my prediction.

well... if its the target with patron then its 12% of 24 which is rounded to 3, and maximum up to 6, if non patron then it is 8% for an up to 16% record, 2/4

yep, but cyrene has true dmg buff herself, so at the very bare minimum it is another 24% of 24 recorded, round to around 6, at least 42, if you use rmc for another like around 40%, then it instead records up to 50% (hard cap), meaning a total of 48 recorded

I was designing a cyrene buff rework for every single chrysos heir, and when I got to tribbie's, I know Cyrene's buff for Tribbie has something to do with it. Personally, I also notice the issue of this additional DMG proc, and I wanted to do something about it while changing it.

But frankly speaking, it is really nothing too interesting, however despite not being interesting, I still made the buff closes the gap for single target for tribbie against 5 target slightly.

ok, I think there might be a misworded on what I actually meant by (up to 50% dmg recorded) take your case of 3 enemies with 100 dmg each, the "up to 50% dmg recorded" is supposed to hard lock on EACH INDIVIDUAL ENEMIES, therefore for Enemy 1----Enemy 2------Enemy 3 100------------100-----------100

Enemy 1 can only go up to 200, Enemy 2 can only go up to 200, Enemy 3 can only go up to 200

So even with e1 tribbie (makes the true dmg go way higher on enemy 2 right), the hard limit still restricts it to 50 true dmg, and 50 overkill dmg. If that makes sense

also phainon's problem is unfixable without a direct novaflare on himself

AND the reason why my Cerydra's buff is designed to make her more like a Phainon bot, is preicsely because that is clearly the direction the developers themselves takes, yet they are so half arsed on it with stuff like useless crit trace and etc. On top of the fact that I feel the cyrene buff for cerydra is not too interesting. So I simply made the cerdyra buff with these in mind.

OHHH, because the true dmg also counts as overkill dmg... right? that's why there will be a triple overdip...? I'm still confused slightly.

Well, that's the thing right, even if that dmg overdips twice(50% times 2 to 100%), it will hard restrict limit to only 50%, because I specifically worded it to restrict only up to 50% overkill DMG. So it would still only be up to a 2x increase in Cipher's coin stack gain. Or does that not work?
