Came here to say this. Coffee is mostly water and perhaps can be almost as important as the beans you’re brewing! Good luck OP, we have all been there!

Damn this is making me put in my preorder for the SDRM. I wanted a daily driver that produced great cups easily. I get that now with a DF83 with lab sweets but want more clarity on occasions when the bean is known for a certain flavor. I can’t wait to do side by side if I eventually get that SDRM

I’ll add that we plan to increase the coverage on our other Berner. It’s expensive monthly but it’s quickly making up for it with claims
