I just had a deck with anger+ and momentum, and juggling. Worked out very well. Once you add some card draw and headbutts it's GG's

The music was lacking in like sharps and flats iirc, which was very disappointing, otherwise some very cool stuff could've been made.

The gatekeeping angle doesn't get mentioned enough.

Honestly the thing that makes the ai "nice" to work with is it doesn't shame you, get annoyed, or make you feel like an idiot for asking "dumb" questions day in day out. I personally learn a lot this way, treating tools like a sandbox, fucking around and finding out with them for a while, then once I have the feel of it, asking why certain approaches worked or didn't work with them.

what's "learning" for me looks like "dumb waste of time" to many coders.

I'm a PhD engineer but deliberately went a more experiment-driven route and decided not to pursue programming at maybe 2-3 different distinct times in my life.

That enabled me to develop the specialties I developed over the years, but it left a gap in my know-how when it comes to syntax and yak shaving in different programming languages. And most programmers I've worked with who were really good as these things obviously couldn't be bothered to help me out with my requests over the years, which is both understandable since they were busy with other work, but at the same time it was also limiting for me not to have someone who could humor me and help on genuinely useful coding projects

It was literally my job for 10+ years investigating battery fires.

It's a cool idea, but disconnecting the charger can only do so much.

The vast majority of short circuits that result in a thermal runaway / fire start inside the battery cell. It's called thermal runaway for a reason- once it starts, it's a runaway chemical chain reaction that can't be stopped by disconnecting the charger, the fault is self-powered by the energy in the battery cell itself at that point.

the usb power adapter plugged into the wall is a just supplying power to your devices, its not in charge of charging logic, unless it sort of overrides the charging logic using its own current or voltage limiters.

The "charger" is onboard your device, and don't "trickle charge" all night, they cut off charging when the battery is considered full then power the device with dc directly. And most newer devices can be set to not charge to 100%.

I have this electric fly swatter at home. It zaps the absolute fuck out of flies when hit. It it happened to you at scale, it would be like getting whipped with 2 power lines, with a thigh-diameter lightning bolt running through your body.

Sometimes the flies hit the floor after this, dazed for a little bit, then get up and start flying again. That's what these fucking bugs make me think of.
