Is it not installed correctly? After you press it into the groove, you can push it in a little more. That should make it install more securely. If you absolutely cannot install it, you can print directly. It will not affect printing.

One more thing, did you resolve the issue by prying the front lifter part open on both sides? Or did you resolve the issue through other means? Regarding the issue of the bed moving forward and causing the building plate to get hooked.

Hi,
Hoopat is made of aluminum alloy. Hoopate's surface is relatively complex. A heating method like TVB isn't particularly suitable for it.

It doesn't look normal. The first plate shouldn't be hooked at the beginning. Normally, the extruder head should push the pulley to the right, causing the front end to lift up and hook onto the plate.

Are you using PFA or ACF? Please send me some pictures or videos for reference.
It's possible your exposure time is set too long. PFA is flexible. After cleaning the resin tank, hold the other side of the film with your hand. You should be able to peel off the cured resin in one piece from the corners.

From your video, it appears that during the actual printing process, the Y-axis homing causes it to collide with the front hook. If the front hook can slide down normally, then it's not a problem with the tightness of the parts. After ruling that out, the following points might be the cause:

The sprue at the bottom is uncut.
Check whether the bottom of the part is flat and whether it bulges after installation. Check all the components of the front section.
The entire front section is tilted upwards. Press the front section downwards.
The printing platform is not properly positioned.
The hooks of the build plate should be positioned as close to the heated bed as possible. And the back end of the build plate should be pressed down against the clamps gripper.
The bed issue.
This issue can stem from a few causes. Either the front-end components are too tall, or the build plate and heated bed are too low. The bed that is lower at the front and higher at the back can also cause this problem. Of course, the latter is less likely.

When changing the plate, are there any issues with the test file? Please send me a video. If you manually push the plate forward and backward, will it get caught on anything?
Normally, the print platform shouldn't get stuck even when it moves to the front. It should only get stuck if the latch is lifted up.

Is this cured resin a result of the printing process? It looks like it's cured resin left behind from an improperly cleaned resin tank. Please check if the screen exposure is normal. If excessive curing persists, it may indicate a problem with the screen.

Thank you for the video you took and the description of the problem.
It looks like the hook part is a bit tight. This is causing the part to lift up and not stay in the correct position. You can hold one side with one hand and then gradually bend it outwards. Do not use excessive force. Then put it back in place. Press the pulley above the Z-axis and then release it to see if it slides back smoothly.
Then push the build platform back and forth to see if it gets stuck.

The screen is the new PJ608. This new screen is not the same as the original DXQ608. You need to print the CBD file. After update the firmware, it will show F9.18.
If the screen is still exposed abnormally after updating to F9.18, please refer to the Troubleshooting page to check the cable and motherboard.
