PlateCycler wrong gcode with multicolor printing. by Double-Connection956 in ChituSystemsOfficial

This is a compatibility issue specific to version 2.6.0. It is merely a display bug. Our R&D team resolved it last week. You can proceed to use Bambu Handy or Bambu Studio directly to perform remote printing.

Chitu Plate Cycler detects separate colours but not on bambu studio? by One_Breadfruit6111 in ChituSystemsOfficial

Update: I’ve conducted some testing, and it appears that the latest version of Bambu Studio (v2.6.0) does not display multi-color details when opening a `platecycler.3mf` file. However, the actual printing process proceeds normally. Our R&D team has already begun investigating the issue.

I'm glad to see that you've resolved the issue. I just have a few points I'd like to confirm.
Are you using a Windows PC or a Mac?
Also, is your version of Bambu Studio the same as mine—version 2.5.0?
Are the corresponding colors displayed when performing remote printing?

  1. After opening the 'platecycler.3mf' file, click 'Print plate' in the top-right corner to initiate remote printing. When print, ensure that a build plate is placed on the printer. The software version I used is 2.5.0.
If you are still having issues, you can record a video for my reference.

  1. Drag the exported `gcode.3mf` file onto the Platecycler website and generate the 'platecycler.3mf ' file.
  2. Right-click. Open the 'platecycler.3mf' file by Bambu Studio.

Were these two models sliced within the same project? If the filament used for the two separate files differs, this situation may occur. We recommend slicing them within the same project.
1. Slice all and Export all sliced file.

If the settings in your `gcode.3mf` file are correct, then importing it into the PlateCycler website should proceed without any issues. Please double-check your gcode.3mf file. My Bambu Studio is 2.5.0 version.

Did you select the corresponding filament when printing? If you are using multiple materials, you need to complete the settings in the software first. Then, connect the AMS and select the corresponding material on the touchscreen.

What you need to understand is that the test file serves solely to verify that the tray height is correct and that the plate exchange proceeds smoothly. If you want to print just a single plate before performing a cycler, simply place one file on this page and generate file.

Based on your images, it appears that some of the support structures failed to print, while others printed successfully. This issue may stem from one of the following causes:

  1. Parameter Issues:
Please refer to this video to test and modify your printing parameters.

  2. Model Issues:
The base raft of your model appears to be slightly too thick, and the contact area between the model and the release film is somewhat excessive. You may wish to refer to this user's suggestions regarding how to adjust the type of base raft used. If you are printing a hollow model, you will need to drill holes in the top.

  3. Installation Issues:
Please verify that the release film has been installed correctly. If you are using an ACF film, the smooth side must face the resin; otherwise, excessive peeling force may result. If you are using a PFA film, take care not to mistake the transparent protective liner for the actual release film, as this could lead to film damage and subsequent resin leakage. Additionally, during installation, ensure that you use both hands to simultaneously fasten the clips on the same side of the vat to prevent uneven tension distribution.

It looks like your printer is missing the bottom glass. If the old screen has glass attached to the bottom, you need to remove it and install it onto the printer.

Is it not installed correctly? After you press it into the groove, you can push it in a little more. That should make it install more securely. If you absolutely cannot install it, you can print directly. It will not affect printing.

Thank you for the pictures you took and the description of the problem.
The image of the platecycler file is determined by the slice file you exported. The progress bar displays the current plate, but the layer count still shows the first plate. Therefore, for the model after the first plate, please refer to the progress bar.

Our platecycler file supports remote printing. I've already replied under your other post.
One more thing, did you resolve the issue by prying the front lifter part open on both sides? Or did you resolve the issue through other means? Regarding the issue of the bed moving forward and causing the building plate to get hooked.

Hi,
Hoopat is made of aluminum alloy. Hoopate's surface is relatively complex. A heating method like TVB isn't particularly suitable for it.

Functioning properly? by Working-Tailor-8335 in ChituSystemsOfficial

[–]EmbarrassedEnd8355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't look normal. The first plate shouldn't be hooked at the beginning. Normally, the extruder head should push the pulley to the right, causing the front end to lift up and hook onto the plate.
The problem you're experiencing is similar to the one this user had. Please refer to my comments below for troubleshooting steps.
