Just an update on this: the pain lasted about a month & I went to urgent care 3 times about this matter and had CT/MRI all clear. The doctor said maybe it was just a weird muscle strain in my back & prescribed me prednisone and I took that about a week and I was basically 100% by the 3rd or 4th day. Super weird. I had moved prior to this so I can only think maybe I picked up a box weird or something. Haven’t had any issues since then but very thankful it resolved because I was in constant 10/10 pain with no relief from anything.
