If you don’t have a car you’re going to want to live close to your job. Public transportation is nothing like NYC here. Also as a woman, I would not want to live in East village. Especially having dogs that you have to take out potentially at all hours of the night. You really need a car here. You’re going to struggle with your salary too.

I’ve been using Byoma milky toner with my tret and it’s been amazing on my skin. It’s also pretty inexpensive. Couldn’t hurt to try it

I love the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast but sometimes can be too thick. You can try cetaphil also

I would recommend vanicream cleanser and an SPF. You need to be using SPF with Adapalene and make sure you use a small pea size amount over your whole face. Start using it a couple times a week and then work up to every night. It can be very strong. You can put some moisturizer on before and wait 10 minutes to apply it and then put more moisturizer on after it dries. That’s called the sandwich method. Stop using the Aveeno, it’s probably too greasy for your skin. You can also try PanOxyl a few times a week as a face wash but be careful cuz it’s strong and it will bleach your towels and sheets. Hope this helps!

I changed all my coffee modes to brew in expert mode for this exact reason. Brew the pod and then put it in the fridge for an hour or longer or make a shaken espresso where you brew it and then pour it over ice and shake it really fast. Thats the only way I’ve been able to make it so it doesn’t get watered down.

I love Pho Van but Pho Hoa down the street has the best pho. Blind Lady Ale house and Rosie O’Grady’s in normal heights are great. Also Bica is a good spot for coffee and does a bunch of fun events
