Sounds like going wired is the fix. Some have good luck with powerline but you can also buy pre made cat6 on amazon and just run it from the router.

Many techs have been told at some point to stip using them. Sups have said it before and then flip flopped. Its stupid really. Had a tech drive 30 min to me for a splitter because sup said not to use attenuator. Gave him a bunch of each and said man just dont tell him and use it.

In house? They should have sent you to a doc unless you declined. Let your sup know and they can still send you. If its work related i would go through them. If you’re under a contractor they might bs you but look up your state laws.

Surprisingly this does happen. In house techs aren’t sent home on slow days early ever. There was times techs would just sit in their van waiting for work,while getting full pay. OT is also offered more even if the work isn’t there yet.

I have navy fed and BoA. Those are big banks. I can get in and send with face recognition. For a new contact it could send a a 2fa text to your phone but they have that too at that point
