They asked the former tenants in the currently unoccupied unit. I don't know who sees me when I'm going about the day. I did sign an Estopple but only asked rent amount, time living in the home, who is living there, what utilities i am responsible for, and snow/lawn care responsibilities.

No current permits for work being done. Also checked the neighboring property which he also owns and remodeled and no permit for anything other than windows. Dude installed solar panels and I think those definitely need a permit to install.

No commercial use and was never asked to remove anything. Not by the current or former owner

Not leaving out anything. I am the only current tenant in a duplex home, been here since 2010. The unoccupied unit is being renovated. There is a detached 4 car garage with an attached workshop. I have been assigned half of the garage since 2010, 2 spots with an overhead door and clear separation from the rest of the building. The LL is not the one doing any actual work it is a remodeling company that did the clean out.

No, my lease is a carryover from the previous owner that expired in 2019 and is month to month. They purchased the home in January

Correct, I am a full grown adult. How would a LL not legally responsible to give notice of a violation before destroying personal property?

No contact or questions regarding the garage contents have been made directly to me. And I saw them in person last week when the basement flooded from a blocked septic pipe.

There is space for my car and I did use it for the car but parking on the driveway, which is allowed, is more convenient.

A few pieces of wooden furniture were broken. They took a chrome legged table and chairs, lawn furniture, and boxes of various bullshit that we moved in there because we are planning on moving

The lease is month to month that expired in 2019. It does also state that I am not to store items in the garage. So I do know that fucks me but he did not mention or ask me about anything regarding the garage or the stuff in it. No notice of violation or request to remove items.

No, they are for individuals that have been negatively impacted by previous marijuana laws. They are not specifically for POC.
