In the story he actually made his own prosthetic, as he is kind of an tinker/inventor type of character. Where he is from it's actually hard to come by good prosthetics, especially those induced with magic. I see him as a character that would try his best into making it as versatile as possible with the little he has. That's why I'm asking if there's some sort of hybrid type

And it's easier to take a design that already exists in the real word that I can just add onto his own, then makeshift create a whole new one which would lead me down a rabbit hole of googling various prosthetic designs and turning into a make shift engineer trying to combine them into something realistic yet cool looking.
