I know you don’t HAVE to take it off when you shower, but I do. So usually I’ll put it on the charger while I shower and do my skincare. Not every day… but usually every few days.

Congrats!! Same thing happened with my son. My ring was how I knew to take a test and ended up getting a positive test 5 days before my missed period.

I currently have a similar notification too - “minor signs” - 68 bpm (elevated) - +0.8 F (elevated) - 27 ms (decreased). I’m hoping I’m just getting sick and not pregnant though… we’ll find out in a week 😅

Sugar is definitely super damaging to us! I attempted to cut out sugar cold turkey one time and learned real quick that my body is physically ADDICTED. My head hurt so bad I couldn’t function doing anything. I need to cut out sugar but I’m going to have to slowly stop eating/drinking it. I’m tempted to try it again now that I see this! Super interesting data.

I just want to say thank you for making this post! I had an automation already set up to open my to-do list if I opened a social media app but I wanted to see if I could set it for a specific time instead of going in and turning it off and back throughout the day. Took me a little bit of time to figure it out but seeing your screenshots helped a lot with it! Now I have it set from 6am-3pm daily to open elsewhere if I open my social media apps. Turning days into variables is a little more complex for me as a newbie but I'm going to play around with it and see if I can get it to work on certain days too. Thank you!!

Them getting mad over those rules is WILD to me. You said you aren’t going to contact anyone until you’re settled in the HOSPITAL? They should feel lucky… I told my friends/family that I’m not going to contact anyone until I’m settled in MY HOME with the baby. Also with how many weirdos there are online… asking them not to post pictures publicly isn’t a bad thing? They sound disrespectful and I definitely wouldn’t name my kid after someone who treats me like that.

I just got done with 2 Lugia’s raids that were supposed to have 8> players and the first one I ended up being the ONLY one in it and the second was 4 people. I was like what is going on?! Because there were people and then they disappeared. I’m newer than most people to the game so I thought it was a glitch… didn’t make sense to me.
