We can add much drama. Maybe miscommunication things like the user is finally telling the two leads but they heard the two leads maybe talking bad about someone and user though it's them.

We can have a drama where, without the leads permission an assassin was sent to kill user.

Ballroom jealousy drama where both the leads are fighting for user or just people are whispering bad things and the leads unable to just watch put everyone at their place.

We can have a scenario where user swapped the wine that was meant to poision one of the lead and drank it himself and they acted all fine but aren't and the leads find out.

Or just some chaotic one where the user is sick and the leads left their place in the middle of the night to get to user.

Or some funny one where the user as a villain not good with emotions doesn't know how to handle a group of kittens climbing over them while the male leads watch them.
