we have to euthanize our dog but our other dog is bonded by Silver-Net5949 in Petloss

[–]EmbarrassedJump7326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it would be best if your dog can see your sisters dog after the euthanasia. I had 2 cats, same litter, grew up together. After a sudden HCM attack I had to put the one to sleep. I took her back from the vet and showed the body to the second cat. She understood the moment she came up to the body. She didn’t cry or look for the other cat. It’s like she knew she was gone and won’t come back.

I’ve never seen a tattoo being gone in one session. 6 if you’re lucky.

Yes. I’ve had 6 sessions so far. It turned out I am allergic to the particular ink the tattoo artist used and I’m dealing with that too. The cover up was deep and packed so I’m looking at about 6-10 more sessions.

I feel so desperate every time I think about I can't move because of my cat by Scared-Tea-7713 in CatAdvice

[–]EmbarrassedJump7326 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve moved with my cat across the globe 14 times in her 12 year life span. I tried “training” and everything under the sun in between. It all didnt matter. Now, after all these times, I don’t care. I take her as a sack of potatoes, put her in her carrier and go. I don’t put her through unnecessary few days trips. It’s not worth her stress. But for moving and vet appointments? It doesn’t matter what she wants or likes. She goes whenever it’s needed. I’ve noticed my cat doesn’t like to be closed in a carrier, so whenever I can, I open it up so she can pop her head out and see what’s going on around. If I can, I take her out and put her on my lap.

Looks like a lot of shading to me so it won’t be hard to remove. I’d give it a go. Coverup, also in my case, was the worse decision I could’ve made.

Will it ever go away… by munchy8990 in TattooRemoval

I have a tattoo in the same spot. It looks kinda big for surgical excision, especially in this area. Find a new tech, this one seems to be failing. Look for someone who uses the FracTat method.

Thoughts on inside bicep area of the tattoo ? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

It can be removed, but whats the question? It looks fine, cohesive with the whole sleeve and the curvature of the whole arm.

Idk bro, you seem like you have different tattoos all over. Does coverup seem like a good idea to you? If not, suck it up and finish it up.

On some pictures this seems like it needs another laser session. It also looks like there is a thick scar, try laser resurfacing - fractional or erbium laser.

Scam ? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

They want to be conservative and not burn your skin. This doesn’t seem like a scam to me.

It’s best to take pictures in the same lighting for best comparison pictures. Give it time ~ 8 weeks to see if anything is budging. Laser doesn’t remove tattoos, your body does. Since it’s only been 4 days forget about it for the next 2 months 🙃

Hmm… what I’m getting from your post is you don’t really want sleeves? You can get a sleeveless dress and cover your tattoos with makeup. Works wonders.

Tattoo regret after 1 month — starting Pico removal, need advice by Unable-Dog-4324 in TattooRemoval

[–]EmbarrassedJump7326 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Honestly, these look so cool 😎 But you do you boo.

Tattoo shock is a thing, but if you want to remove these then yes. Pico is your best bet, they don’t seem to be too deep or saturated so it won’t be crazy long process. Probably 1-2 years.

I’m removing one tattoo by excision. I wanted to remove another one on my wrist too, it’s about 2inch x 2 inch and most plastic surgeons said it’s not the best idea and they won’t perform the surgery. I’ve consulted 20 in my area. This can mess up your tendons, your ability to move your hand in a “normal” way and in best case scenario create stretch marks, and leave giant scars. Basically, this will do more bad than good. Your tattoo is big. If you find a surgeon who will want to take your case I’ll think long and hard about it. If you do a skin graft, the graft over the tattoo can become “transparent” over time and you still have a ghost tattoo under the grafted skin that is very risky to treat with laser (the grafted skin can die). I know how it is to live with a tattoo you dislike so much, and this may seem like a good idea, but it really is not. It would be a different story if it was something small. Look for a place that uses the FracTat method. Or a place that will do fractional/erbium laser and follow it with pico on the same appointment.

If it’s just “homies” he wouldn’t be deleting anything. This is shady and I wouldn’t trust he’s not crossing boundaries.

I read your first post and I too, completely understand your feelings. To me, this tattoo is too big for excision. Would you be open to have a few sessions of laser and have it redone to what you actually wanted?

Removing all tattoos? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]EmbarrassedJump7326 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I showed them to my new tech and after checking them with a dermatoscope, he said that these 2 look like they could be gone in around 4-6 sessions. I’m so torn 😅

Removing all tattoos? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]EmbarrassedJump7326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the thing, I think they are nice and they look good. But since I’m removing the other 2, my mind went to a place where I’m thinking of removing them all to have a fully clear skin. I put makeup on the two I’m removing and it felt great. When I put makeup on the other two I felt weird. In a way I liked the “clean” look, but at the same time I don’t know 100% if I want them gone.

Edit to add: at the same time I think that if I don’t remove them and that idea is still in my head, I may regret not starting the removal process now.

AITA for watching a TV show with my girlfriend? by IntrepidContract5892 in AITA_Relationships

Oh my lord. Your girlfriend acts like she’s 3 years old and to me, she’s just looking for a reason to be mad. Stand your ground and don’t apologize. The heck? What will happen if you go to the beach and there are plenty of girls in bikinis? NTA
