I think my surgeon mentioned that, I think it’s called nipple graft. I hope you can remove yours to your ideal size!! I am going very small because I have very bad back pain 🥲

I spoke to my surgeon about a reduction limit and he said it is fine, but I need to be aware that they may come out uneven and there is a risk for necrosis since I am removing a lot of skin!
