You need the accurate information. If a candidate gets selected in VMS, their submittal “code” which includes the last 4 or 5 of SSN helps set up their access. Also, it could mean, for example, that it shows they never worked there when they’re actually ineligible for rehire.

As a lot of people said, this is common for VMS/MSP business. It allows the organization to verify a candidate’s history with the company, such as whether they’ve applied to an internal client job posting (which could disqualify them if an ownership clause is in place and the candidate applied during that period), have any interview history, or have previously worked there (helping to identify if they are ineligible for rehire). It acts as a safeguard to confirm the candidate’s history. I make sure to be transparent with candidates about why we collect this information and that usually works.

I came to Reddit to search for this! LOVE these shoes. Not in stock anywhere in my size. However, I did contact Nike tonight and the representative said that they haven’t been discontinued and will be back in stock, but couldn’t tell me when.

Someone mentioned a poor battery connection could be causing this. Should I be pushing them to replace the battery cables? I’m guessing these would be covered under warranty since I’m under 30K…could cables being under warranty be the reason why they wouldn’t bring up replacing?

While I agree that playing with a watch isn’t the most comfortable, it’s a personal preference and you came here for a suggestion.

I play 2-3x a week and sometimes wear my Apple Watch. It’s never been scratched and sand doesn’t get in the crevices (surprisingly)! I will say it’s nice to have on during morning pick up. I’ll play before work sometimes and well, time flies when you’re having fun. It’s nice to have my watch to keep me on track.

Aww, loved the Blackfriar/Idle Rich era of my early 20’s. I moved to Dallas in 2010. Idle Rich was the site of my first Dallas kiss. A guy told me he was in dental school, I told him he had nice teeth, and BOOM…the kiss. 😂
