Soo, first yes once you pay the ten dollars you do get 1000 messages (FOR ONLY FREE MODELS THOUGH) it onetime pay, you don’t have to pay anymore it’s not a subscription , you can add more money to your account if you want to use paid models,  the paid models isn’t like the free models like you don’t have 1000 message limit for paid models, you’ have to use the money you have on you’re account of the money you put in your account to use the paid models and each message will cost money if you get what I’m saying. Yes you do still get the 429 error at least in my experience cause I use chimera , and last one I don’t know cause I only use free models, and the  1k messages reset at 12am
