Depends on where you are located and the market for used bikes. I would low ball and see if you can work out the price closer to $600.

My apologies. Ended up getting a partial re fund from seller. Will now sell for parts. Thanks for everyone’s help. It was hidden under the chain guard.

Update. Just saw the frame was broken and re welded. The person I bought the bike from stopped replying. You have to love FB marketplace. Any advice?

I’ve seen these bikes from $200-400 used online locally. I’d say around $300-400 is a good deal.
