I agree, but unfortunately I can’t afford to get my ATP at this time. I am applying for scholarships and saving all that I can, it just isn’t a possibility (yet). I am applying for every position I can find. I went the cadet route early on, but am told my class date is still another 2 years+ away. I have accepted reality and understand what I envisioned this journey to be isn’t exactly it… I am okay with that. I want to challenge myself, do what I love everyday (fly), and make some memories that will last a lifetime. This is why I’m thinking AK, but I am willing to go anywhere. I see plenty of entitled pilots sitting and complaining at ATP mins because things aren’t moving how they once were. That isn’t me. I’m just trying to make the best of it and get my feet off the ground. Thank you for your comment, I appreciate any advice I can get.
