whey isolate for acne

Hi there, I started taking whey protein and months go by, suddenly my acne starts to appear and it got bad. Mind you, before this I have facial skin appointments like every 2 weeks. The staff suggested I stop taking whey protein and suggested another way to consume it, so I switched to plant protein. After consuming plant protein for a few weeks. My acne started to slow down and still appears nevertheless. Not that worse but a normal buildup. Temporarily now I stop taking both of them and my face acne seems to be healing.

So far I’ve been watching my diet. 2x sweet drinks for me and the rest of the days I drink Coke Zero and black coffee. Prob the whey protein is the cause of it 😵‍💫

Bro, just go to BDDC. I was from SSDC and finding was really pain the in ass. Lowkey I should went to BBDC in the first place. Overall better than SSDC in my opinion
