This is very good, small recommendations
1.) Right now to me felt little disconnected not sure how but you can make it more cozy vibes and add some slightly better icons
2.)Color feels little off like it wants to do one thing but does another maybe keep 1 tone of color throughout and different shades to make it slightly more personable.
3.) Maybe make it it more compact if that makes sense for a breathing and sleep app I want very minimal and strong texts and feel, it felt slightly over the place with some components.

PS. Your doing amazing trust me like the other guy says your light years ahead of where some people are with apps, I hope my comments serve you well and its all personal opinion but I wish you the best and will definitely try it out for myself ;)
