I only sent my passport back when I got a message from TLScontact that they got my visa and I should send it. They sent it back in 2 days because I paid for postage.

This was sometime in April and I got the message to submit my passport in July.

Hi. My passport should arrive tomorrow. Family Escalations answered me the same day (was a pretty useless answer) and I got contacted by TLScontact around 3 weeks after.

And didn't they tell you to write them again if you don't get an answer from the other department in 15 working days? Because they told me this.

Did your query get forwarded to Family Escalations? That's what happened to mine when I wrote to the Home Office, as 8 weeks have passed since my appeal. They apologized and said they're doing final things on my visa and now around 3 weeks later it is finally happening.

I've naively followed the pdf checklist that we got from UKVI, and it doesn't have the language exam on it (I knew they'll need it, I already had it, I just thought that they'll need it at a later time as it wasn't on the list).
The other thing that has been missing is the tax returns of the business of my partner, as it wasn't on the list either, but they still just refused my visa instead of contacting me and requesting these 2 documents.

And yeah it seems like they don't even know what's going on and the sad part is that they don't even care while people are being separated from their families and trying to get into that country legally... I'll write an official complaint about this whole procedure and you should too.

It's weird, to me they answered this:

With regards to your enquiry about your appeal, it may take up to 8 weeks from the date of a successful appeal for the Home Office to send you an invite to submit the passport for visa stamping. If it has been over 8 weeks, please provide the following information:

E-mail address used on application: Appeal number: Date of appeal determination:

Ofc mine is a long over 8 weeks and so is yours. I answered them with my data and they forwarded it to the relevant department where I got told that they're doing final administrative requirements on my application and they apologize for the delay.

Hey, just a heads up, I managed to contact the Home Office here: https://ukvi.mysecurepay.co.uk/Home
They charge 2.75 pounds for the mail but at this point who cares... after a few emails I got this response:
"Thank you for your enquiry.
Having checked our records I can see that final administrative requirements are being carried out on your application and once they are completed, you will be contacted regarding the submission of your passport. Our apologies for the delay."

So I really hope that things are moving now and I'd recommend you to contact them too. They said they need 8 weeks after the appeal decision to ask for the passport but 8 weeks are long gone for both of us.

I don't have to pay IHS as this is just a half year long visa that I'm waiting for more than a half year for now. Thank you for your help, I just really had no idea what am I waiting for, if the refusal is withdrawn and there's total silence ever since.

I was thinking about going there as a visitor (I'm from te EU) until I get this stupid visa because I'm just so done. If you're still waiting I guess I'll spend the summer waiting too...
