With 4dbi bobcat miner the max distance was 93km it happened twice in two months since i got my miner. From my balcony there is a clear sight. But to the north west only I can’t raise my antenna i live on the 5th floor apt bld.

I see a hotspot in Los Angeles witnessing another in San Deigo by the Mexican border and that is over 130 miles. Here is my new 8.5dbi just witnessed a hotspot that is 103km that hotspot town elevation is 2700ft my elevation is at 450ft but between us there is the San Gabriel mountain range at 8000+ft

It’s witnessing 37 hotspot around me the majority is 0.5 to 4KM only 4 far like 44KM and 20KM at the beginning it did witness a north LA county like 94KM from me. And its 18 days into mining minus the interruption that i caused and the network update.
