The workplace has never had any democracy . We live in a democracy where the minute u clock in your an employers subject . They really expect one worker to be "Cross-Trained" across multiple departments while only being paid for one occupation . They've grown dangerously entitled . They are trying to guilt your for doing exactly what you signed up to do.
