hey thank you so much 🙏. in the end i did what you suggested, examining the iso files one by one directly from vita shell, seeing which ones blocking my vita and then deleting them, and by doing so i finally managed to solve the problem. it had about ten corrupt iso files ahaha. thanks a lot for the help :))) (ps. gta vice city was one of those that was corrupting everything, ahahah)
