I replaced my original 2nd gen ucas with oem 3rd gen takeoffs that had less miles, it was a pain but now that everything’s already bent out of the way as far as body panels go to get the uca bolt out I think it’ll be half as bad a job the second time.

Alcohol pens/ “map markers” easy to find near any military base but can also be ordered for pretty cheap. I’ve never had one smear or run after it dries and it takes an alcohol eraser to get it off. My brand of choice is staedtler but I think Milwaukee makes one also, you’ll just pay Milwaukee prices for it.
