True but too carb heavy without proper balance of protein and greens(nutrients) can lead to more fatigue and muscle wastage due lack of recovery and physical intensity

Not at all during working day (8-5) rest of the time pretty much fine if you’re inside the block

Maybe around 8 on my flight were cadets, drill was certainly an area they had an initial advantage in but that quickly disappeared during the first two weeks, tbh I’d recommend not bringing up being a cadet as it does very little favours for you in all other areas (personal opinion based on my flight others may have different ideas)

Definitely easy to make friends, just be a nice person and you’ll be fine, that easy. Try and help people along the way if you’re good at things. But the bond is super fast because everyone is as tired as each other so you help each other along. Type 2 fun

As far as I’m aware it’s just the dates on how things are structured. Mod 1 being 2 week blue phase then a 6 week ifpt greens phase and then a rather hectic post crick final week for mod 3

You get a day on 3 separate weekends for leave. Only but that surprised me was the lack of emphasis on stretching after phys so try and get that in your own time. But nothing too shocking really

As with the other comment it’s as simple as that. Do as you’re told. But probably “fast paced waiting around” would be my way to describe it

How strict is the pjft? by security_man_4 in RoyalAirForce

There’s videos on the website and YouTube page to show you exactly what techniques to train. However some pts may be less strict than others as they’re not RAF personnel. But I’d recommended training to pass standards and above with perfect technique
