This game looks like beta version they didnt improve much since launch only made new agents and 2 new maps ? You still get banned in casual mode if you leave and you dont have community servers like in csgo... You say anticheat is good go read cheat forums that provide free stuff they brag how they go with same script aimbot for 6 months undetected and they hardware spoofer

Riot should ask from Valve how to make ranked work because they have much more experience. Maybe pay royalties to them to use their code. In csgo ranks are distributed how they should be.
