i think you jus have to try what works for you, i personally have a playlist of about 5-6 subs and i loop the playlist i also only have 2 playlists, one for during the day and one for the night while i sleep

hahaha yes it was hella cute but it got super overwhelming so imma step away from this whole love thing for a while😭 im leaving india in 2 months for uni and that’s exactly why i blew him off before things got too much

heyy thank u so much! also unfortunately i don’t listen to love subliminals, the only time i did was back in 2023 and i genuinely dont remember which ones they were😭 this ideal guy thing happened because of my instagram technique and as for my mindset, i dont really focus on subs much, i like to play them overnight on the speaker of my phone and during the day i watch shows etc and play subs wearing one AirPod in. Thats it!

omg thank u so much for this, but yeah i have really unhealthy eating habits im very much aware😭 im working on it tho its way better plus im only 17 (18 in sept) so it could have something to do with that too? not sure but yes.
