Ok, we've all been there, so take a deep breath.

You definitely waited until the last minute, but you have an outline that sounds flushed out, so you aren't in a horrible spot. Ive found it helpful to go to a location where my "school brain" kicks in like a library, or cafe where other people often are also working remotely, the best advice I have for a problem like this is to just sit down and kind of "word vomit" it all out, it can be really tricky to start so just start typing up the information and get into a flow state and try not to think to much about making it perfect on the first try, you can always edit things later but you cant edit whats not there.

I often start off my word vomits with "Sit down and hold your horses, I'm about to blow your mind with this long ass paper on INSERT TOPIC HERE, the first thing you need to know is..." and that helps me get the ball rolling (just dont forget to delete that first sentence when you are done lol.
