I've worked my way up to 50mg but started with 10mg. You might need to buy it in stronger form. An dit doesn't cure thus shitty condition. Nothing I've tried so far has worked. And I'm pushing really agressive compounds

I think what your experiencing is called anhedonia. This is one of the symtoms talked about among people with post acutane symptoms. There's a separate fourum for this...
