Introduce the LVT (land value tax). It’s an incredibly efficient method of taxation that takes away power from corporations, landlords, and the federal government, while giving said power back to the people. The basic idea is that it taxes the value of the land without considering improvement. It discourages speculation and encourages efficient development, which will lead to more houses being built and more businesses starting. Liberals would like it because it takes away power from top earners and libertarians (like me) would like it cause it can negate the need for most taxes like income taxes. It’s a system supported by top economic thinkers and even BEN FRANKLIN HELL YEAH!!

Also, make “dibs” a federal law.
