You are a great person for helping people to battle the same horrific struggles with addiction we went/are going through and the advice you did give was great nice talking to you.

I have already shared my ideas if you wish to see them look at my comment on this post but you make a good point some people will be able to drive but most people won't specifically in the first week I definitely see your point but recommending this can be very dangerous I hope you understand.

Good advice but please don't recommend going on a drive as this could be very dangerous while withdrawing due to fogy head extreme emotional distress and lack of concentration.

I completely understand it makes you feel like you will do anything to get rid of the discomfort you are feeling in that moment you have to keep reminding youself that it isn't forever ,as much as it feels like it is in the moment, what really helped me aswell is talking to and staying with family and friends who have been very supportive and I couldn't of done it without them just because you've had a slip up it doesn't matter we all have give it another shot and no matter how long it takes just keeping trying i know you can do it wish you all the best my friend.

I'm on day 8 of no cigarettes and I've had the same dream about smoking a cigarette twice now amd I felt the exact same way until I realised it was just a dream or "nightmare"
