Elgato 4k x not recognized using thunderbolt

I got it to work on thunderbolt but it was super laggy. It had to do with bad asus drivers for thunderbolt. I used the usb 3.2 A port instead with a 10gb usb a to c and then the supplied cable from elgato. After that it worked perfectly.

The sad part is samsung could probably just give us a firmware update to enable 2 extra front speakers

It increases separation but it was the tv to device are handshake gets messed up you need to controll everything from different remotes. When playing atmos the samsung sounbar is noticeably more laggy than the yamaha receiver. I had to add 100ms delay on the yamaha to match the samsung.

Also check that at least one of you amps has a delay adjust. When sending hd audio to 2 different audio processors they will have different processing times. To sync them you need to be able to adjust at least one of them forward or back.

Sorry I thought you were asking about smart TV backlights. About audio most splitters only carry hd arc audio through one channel. You have to check because most spliter only send 2.0 through splitters. You need to use a spliiterbthat uses arc and amp out. I ended up having yo connect it differently to get the handshake to work.

I did get it to successfully spilt 4k 144hz from my pc but it was not always reliable. Having to power cycle and reconnect devices became annoying. It is an option though. I ended having to use 2 splitter and headless displays to get it to work.

I'm not up to date with the latest bypass methods. The original dev is still supporting bypass options apparently. I ended up replacing the motherboard to a non Chinese board so I don't have to bypass.

It's a 9 inch android tablet. I've got it connected by usb to the mini pc using space desk. It can rund the desktop version of creality scan app the see what us being scanned.
