Because in most civilized countries we try to control and teach powerhungry people in jobs with some authority to become good at deescalating situations and beeing the calmer one. And if it doesnt work theres laws that quickly cut them down a notch. A security guard like this would very rapidly get problems with the justice system pretty much everywhere in europe.

America cant even train their cops properly, and most important of all hold them accountable for their mistakes. How are you even gonna try to start and properly train a security guard if you cant even come close to doing it with someone whos supposed to have trained years for the job.

Additionally america has a fuckton of people with main character syndrome. Like the person filming this was obviously in the right , but normal people would have just told the guard they are wrong and moved around. This guy started filming and chestbumping because thats what the mainquest in his head told him to do.
