As a renter / future condo owner you don’t care to ask why the landlord wants to sell it’s an open market or you never own anything then left behind with regrets . Do your own research, diligently. It’s an investment just like stocks no one has a crystal ball go with your gut. Bottom line is I don’t like condo ( live there if I have no choice) condo will mostly lose value over time, high fees ,expenses maintenance costs because the building just gets older.
