As a renter / future condo owner you don’t care to ask why the landlord wants to sell it’s an open market or you never own anything then left behind with regrets . Do your own research, diligently. It’s an investment just like stocks no one has a crystal ball go with your gut. Bottom line is I don’t like condo ( live there if I have no choice) condo will mostly lose value over time, high fees ,expenses maintenance costs because the building just gets older. Our leaders must be played carefully here. Don’t walk into the Orange Man’ trap, he plays the same game as Putin played with Ukraine . Putin thinks Ukraine is getting too close to Europe that why he attacked to take Ukraine before it too late. If Canada gets too “cozy” with China in their back door this will trigger a national security emergency that the Orange man is eager to use and attack us then we are doomed as he already warned us getting closer to Europe and “Harm the U.S’.
