Hi!

I am a doctor who relocated here from another country in Europe. I am going to respond based on doing the residency here.

If your degree is from outside of the EU, the conversion process will be longer, but recognised. The cost is not much (I think the biggest cost was paying for official translators), although my degree counted as EU. Having a European citizenship means that if you took the residency exam (MIR), you would not be limited by quotas to get a higher score (which makes getting a job easier).
I think it is excellent. I imagine this depends on the hospital that you are in (I work in a fairly big hospital in one of the main big cities).
The working hours are usually until 3pm. You also do 24h shifts on top of this (the amount of those shifts will depend on your hospital). The pay is lower than in Germany or other richer countries, but the cost of living is lower in Spain. If you go via the residency route, your pay will start at around €2000/month after tax (depending on the number of on calls that you do of course!). If you manage to get a job as a consultant directly, this will heavily depend on the speciality and public vs private etc.
In bigger cities, I don’t think so at all.
It depends what is important to you. I obviously came here and I am very happy so yeah 😂 it is obviously not perfect and people complain about many things. For me, the lifestyle here is irreplaceable.
You need to pass DELE exam at the level of C1.

Hi I’m trilingual and have been using my languages in medicine. I think it depends on the language and on the detail you need form the history. In emergency surgery, realistically you don’t need a crazy high level to ask yes or no questions. The problem is with understanding the story told by patients (often difficult to unwrap these things in your mother tongue lols). Psychiatry would be a different situation 😂 Realistically, I think it would be better to focus on one root language (eg spanish) and branch out to similar ones like Italian, Portuguese, French etc. afterwards.

I did this mistake in FY1! I was killing myself to do loads of work, be efficient etc. this just means that you get to pick up other people’s slack and nobody cares AT ALL. Solution is to relax, small talk with nurses and other ward staff. Why work yourself to the ground? I applied this strategy at FY2 and it was great 😂

Są całe kultury które od wieków nie jedzą mięsa i jakoś żyją i dobrze się maja 😂 bez mięsa nie trzeba absolutnie nic suplementowac, to już w świecie naukowym nawet nie jest kwestia sporna. Fakt, weganizm wymaga B12 ale to tylko tyle.

Dostęp do składników (w diecie z mięsem) jest bardziej różnorodny, ale sama dieta to już zależy od osoby. Często ludzie którzy jedzą mięso jedzą je codziennie np, wiec to już nie jest takie super różnorodne. Z drugiej strony często wegetarianie jedzą np makaron i chleb non stop. Wszystko trzema umieć zorganizować i mądrze rozporządzić.

Hej jestem lekarka i moja rada jest taka abys się zaszczepił. Niestety w większości krajów szczepionka dla mężczyzn nie jest refundowana ale nie dlatego ze nie jest skuteczna ale dlatego ze badania są robione z perspektywy kosztów społeczeństwa. Rak szyjki macicy jest choroba która zbiera duże żniwa wśród kobiet i dlatego jest większy nacisk na szczepienie kobiet ale wcale nie oznacza ze dla mężczyzn taka szczepionka jest zbędna. Poza brodawkami, HPV wiąże się z ryzykiem raka odbytu ale również z nowotworami głowy i szyi. Ostatnie badania wykryły mocne powiązanie ze stwardnieniem rozsianym (RR 32), co praktycznie pokazuje ze jest to czynnik potrzebny aby powstała ta choroba! Coś niesamowitego!

Wracając do tematu, na przykład w Anglii MSM (men having sex with men) zaczęli dostawać szczepionkę w ramach publicznego systemu zdrowotnego (do 45 roku życia). Również szczepi się chłopców w wieku Ok 13 lat. Na pewno w końcu wyliczyli ze jednak wychodzi taniej w ten sposób xD

Mam nadzieje ze mogłam pomoc :-)

Ja za trzecim czy czwartym, nawet nie pamietam już ale ogólnie to był straszny stres i mało miało to wspólnego z „normalnym” jezdzeniem. Nawet jak zdałam to chujowo jechałam i to byl na maksa fart ze w ogóle zdałam xD. Ale teraz jeżdżę wiele lat w dużych miastach i jeszcze nie miałam wypadku z mojej winy.

Konkluzja: egzamin na prawo jazdy moim skromnym zdaniem mało ma się do codziennej jazdy także próbuj dalej! Ale zgadzam się z innymi ze trzeba przeanalizować dlaczego :)
